The Rotational Shelter is Blessed to have Sandra Boelter
The SD Voyager magazine highlights inspiring stories of San Diegans. In a recent issue, the SD Voyager highlights Sandra Boelter, who serves as the Volunteer Coordinator Co-Chair for her church.
At ISN, we routinely speak about the mutual impact brought about by the Rotational Shelter. Guests receive compassionate hospitality, shelter, and meals from the congregations that host them. The congregational volunteers receive gifts of connection, joy, and a broader understanding of others. The hosts and guests came away from the experience with more than they thought they would find.
Sandra shares a bit about her experience leading the Rotational Shelter at her church. It is just part of her amazing story, and it's worth your time to check out the full story.
